Service Providers and Spam Screening
Information is processed through the providers that support our website hosting, form storage, email delivery, telephone and SMS communications, security, and advertising measurement. These include o2switch for hosting, RingCentral for communications, Google for advertising and measurement, and CleanTalk for spam protection.Our form also uses an AI-assisted spam check through OpenAI. The check sends the submitted name, email address, telephone number, selected service, and project message to that service to assess whether the inquiry is relevant or suspicious. We keep submission and screening records, including the result and rejection reason, for follow-up and troubleshooting.Automated screening can make mistakes.
