CallRequest a ConsultationFor a bathroom renovation in Severna Park, consider how a more useful layout and a considered material palette could work together. The goal begins with the room you need, not a list of fixtures.
Tell us about your project. Our team will contact you to discuss the next steps.
Consider layout, storage, cabinetry, surfaces and lighting together. Plan a kitchen around how you cook, gather and move through the home, rather than choosing finishes before the room works.
Plan fixtures, useful storage, light and everyday comfort around the space available. Discuss the layout and practical requirements alongside the materials you want to live with.
Coordinate changes across connected rooms with one clear design direction. BST manages the architectural, engineering and permitting coordination needed for the agreed project scope.
Give your lower level a clear purpose. BST coordinates the assessment, scope and qualified specialists for moisture, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work. Bathroom, bedroom and egress options depend on a review of the property’s conditions.
Discuss the space your household needs and how an addition could connect to the existing home. Architectural planning, engineering and permitting are coordinated around the proposed scope and the property’s feasibility.
Share your project address, the rooms involved and an initial investment range. Our Elkridge team will review your inquiry and discuss the next step. Service availability is confirmed for the property address.
